Backyard Oktoberfest Review:
Clear yellow golden color with a large white head. Smells moderately malty and bready with light hops. Initial taste is slightly sweet and bitter finishing off moderately bitter that lingers for a decent amount of time. The body is medium with soft carbonation.

Argo
As much history and name recognition it has this beer has an overall balance but doesn't look or taste like Oktoberfest.

This beer has a very light color and somewhat of a skunky aroma. The taste is also slightly skunky, similar to a Heineken. It has a sweetness to it as well. Mouthfeel is good.

Eric Bramwell of White Pointer Brewery
Good head retention but the aroma is very mild. Good lacing. Very sweet tasting. Pale colored. Bitter on the nose, sweet after.

Stinks. Maybe if it was in a different colored bottle it might taste a little better. For being a popular Oktoberfest I wasn't too impressed.
