Backyard Oktoberfest Review:
Poured an amber color with an inch of off-white head that reduced at a reasonable rate. The lacing on the beer is nice and stays with it almost the entire way. The small is slightly malty. The taste is very malty and grainy that finishes somewhat more bitter than I would have liked. It is nicely carbonated which makes it easy to drink. As it warms up a little it seems to become better.

Argo
Hinterland has the Oktoberfest essence. Nice attack with a bit of hop and malty smoothness. Has a great quality of a beer that can be consumed in large quantities. Put it in a Maß.

Eric Bramwell of White Pointer Brewery
Copper colored, some lacing, some floral aroma. Easy and drinkable. Mild aftertaste. Not overly sweet.

Kristin Pittro
A little sweet, but no amazing taste.

Backyard Oktoberfest Review:
Copper colored with good head retention of the 1 inch off-white head. Smells of slight malt and a bit of floral. Decent lacing. Medium Carbonation. Not an overwhelming taste but it is well balanced and finished smooth.

Argo
Not sure what Point was going for but it's nothing that reminds me of Oktoberfest. It's smooth but lacks the balance of malt, hoppiness and spice.

Eric Bramwell of White Pointer Brewery
Decent head, decent lacing. Copper colored. Grew on me, malty taste but not overly sweet.

Kristin Pittro
Very little amber beer, goes down smooth but not much flavor.

Backyard Oktoberfest Review:
A clear copper beer with an off-white head that reduced to lacing quickly. Good malty aroma. The taste is well balanced with medium carbonation making this an easy beer to drink and it is rather enjoyable.

Argo
Lakefront brings an Oktoberfest beer that resembles Weihenstephaner. It's got a more full flavored version of Weihenstephaner.

Eric Bramwell of White Pointer Brewery
Good head, good lacing. Nice copper colored - somewhat sweet. Nice flavor.

Kristin Pittro
A little flavor but lacks Oktoberfest flavor.

Backyard Oktoberfest Review:
Color is medium orange with a slight copper look. Head is lacking and falls quickly. Smells of light toasted malt and earthy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops and it finishes with a dry slightly bitter ending. The mouthfeel is sharp and crisp and drinks well.

Argo
Smooth by thy name. Capital's hit some similar notes that reminded me of Hacker-Pschorr. Well crafted and balanced. Leave it to German American decedents to understand what good Oktoberfest is.

This beer is close in color but is lacking. There is a mild sweetness to it but it has a good taste.

Eric Bramwell of White Pointer Brewery
Not much head, decent lacing. More aroma but not in a good way. Mild tasting, some biscuit taste - drinkable - well balanced some sweetness.

Kristin Pittro
Looks good but the package inside was very disappointing. "Looks can be deceiving"
